How SuiteFit works

SuiteFit connects residents, certified trainers, and property managers in the building's own fitness center. Choose your role to see how it works for you.

Residents

For residents: your first session.

From downloading the app to finishing your first session, here's every step in the SuiteFit app.

    Download the app

    Get the SuiteFit app free on the App Store or Google Play.

    Explore SuiteFit Trainers

    See the certified trainers who come to your building, with their ratings, specialties, and rates. Save your favorites to compare.

  3. 3

    Pick your trainer

    Open a profile to see verified certifications, reviews, years of coaching, and sessions completed at your building.

  4. 4

    Pick a start time and length

    Choose a start time inside your trainer's open window and a length from 45 minutes to 2 hours. The price updates as you go.

  5. 5

    Pay securely

    Check out with Apple Pay or a card. You see the full price and the cancellation policy before you pay.

  6. 6

    Your trainer confirms

    Your payment is held until the trainer accepts. If they decline or don't respond in time, it's refunded in full automatically.

  7. 7

    Complete your session

    When you finish, show your trainer your 4-character completion code. They enter it to verify the session and process payment securely.
